We booked meru cab on 23rd February 2017
Destination was from cosmos mall to Vrl office anand rao
Circle. Timing scheduled was 9:15 night .our connection bus was at 10:30 pm .cab didn’t come till 9:45 pm half an hour late from the schedule. We saw cab passing in front of us but didn’t stop. We predicted that the cab driver just wanted to show that he had come but didn’t stop.
Later he made his phone not reachable and sometimes disconnected the call
I would personally never recommend meru cabs
