Booked mere previous day for a early morning airport drop they were supposed to send cab # , driver mobile 20 min before the time. It did not happen
So I called 15 min before. They sms’ed the details I waited for 5 min . Driver did not call
So 10 min before time, called the driver. He says he is at the airport and can only come after 30-35 min !! Called meru again they told cab will come 10-15 min driver obviously did not want to come !
Then no option but to cancel and drive my wife to airport myself with 2 sleeping kids.
BAD .. VERY BAD ..
