Most irresponsible/unreliable cab service - Mumbai

I booked meru cab for airport drop on Oct 4...they confirmed my booking for 7.15 am pick up and sent me sms for same.


I again called them at 6.45 as I didnt get driver details, to which they promised to sms me soon....as I still didnt get sms, I called them at 7.10...i got shock of my life wen I was told that cab was cancelled as driver didnt turn up...they didnt even bother to inform me till the last minute.


I STRONGLY SUGGEST ALL OF YOU NOT TO USE MERU CABS....THESE ARE THE MOST UNRELIABLE CAB SERVICE PROVIDERS IN MUMBAI.
