My compliant that I raised. This feedback is with respect to the whole process and people involved.
This is the worst service ever and not to mention another no.1 the costliest and worst service ever. Why
Booked a cab(where I need to pick family from station and drop them) around afternoon for 7.00 PM(ref id 33836427) the cab guy refuses to reach me and tells me to call office and get alternative cab(mistake one where this is supposed to be handled by driver and the coordinator not the passenger)
Then I call starting from 7 PM for the next 2 hrs asking for cabs. 4 of the drivers refused to pick me after assigned by the team and the team keeps explaining they are 5 mins away or 1 km away and in reality the drivers kept saying they are 5 km away or 20 mins to reach in traffic. This whole exercise keeps going for 1.5 hrs and I have tell family to get down in another station because of your team’s incompetence. Then I change the locations pickup and drop because of your 2 hr delay. Then the same story the team tells 5 mins and 1 km away but driver say otherwise.
Then I had a driver park 1 km and told me to reach the cab and he will take me to the drop point(new service from Meru fitness and pickup I think you must charge more for this) and all your call center people keep transferring to Mumbai and they keep explaining they sorry and got solution for my concern where they are basically not from Bangalore or know Bangalore road issues. And all my calls they keep saying the trip has been cancelled but I have not cancelled anything(so when you can fix it you can manipulate the database directly) The below mentioned cab nos are based on the SMS sent to me
So after booking 7 PM cab and having at least 8 other cabs refusing to pick me and me making at least 15 calls and your team not knowing what the concept of service is and overall delay of 2.5 hrs I have come to a conclusion that you guys might have been good but with the competition given and the rates they charge I believe you are not on the bottom rung of the ladder but you are not on ladder itself(and don’t take this as complement that you are a class apart)
