After confirming the booking, the cab driver’s details are not sent to me. After I have called them many times they told me that there was some problem with the cab and the driver will reach me in sharp 15 mins. Already I am delayed by 30 mins & they haven’t sent the cab.
I have called them again & again, I haven’t seen such an irresponsible and worst cab services. The driver’s details were sent later, driver was not taking the call and was very far from my place. Very irritating & horrible feel. Don’t ever want to book a cab services here again.
