Seriously a rubbish service I must say. Pathetic drivers they provide who hardly know about the locations. I had to travel from Gurgaon to Munirka at night after my office hours which was seriously one of the worst mistakes I had committed in taking up meru.
The driver covered an extra 30kms and besides that on the way the application of meru stopped working which finished my ride in between, even though I paid the whole amount to the driver after contacting the customer care of meru with a guy named "Sandeep" aftering noting down the distance covered. Now In order to get the reimbursement from my company for the same.
I have been trying to contact meru since 2 days and they haven’t provided me any sort of bill yet. Everytime I call them up, All I hear is give us 24 hours, it’s been more than effing 24 hours already, how much time you want to process a simply bill that states the breakup of the money given. Wasted my time, wasted my money. Rubbish service. Disappointed. I Would request others to not hire this cab at night.I hope nobody face what I faced.
