I booked a Meru Cab in urgency from Website(Seeing RELY ON US caption) .
I did not get confirmation sms or cab even after an hour. When called to customer care, got to know booking isn’t made(though they can’t explain any reason for this)
& they booked again and asked me to wait 30 mins. After 40 mins, as there is no response or sms or any intimation about cab status. I got back to them.
As expected(as of now, I got clarity on Meru Cabs Service), they asked me to wait an hour .I said okay and did not even CANCEL the cab.I used public transport. This happened yesterday, still I didn’t get a Cab:) (or SMS for inconvenience caused)
