Meru Cabs has got good reputation so I had booked a cab for 1st March 2016 from My place( janakpuri) to New Delhi railway station for 5 AM but driver didn’t show up even after constant calls due to which I nearly missed my train and had to run to catch the train. To complain about the driver I called Meru Cabs customer care they said the matter will be looked into but still there is no response from there side. After which they mailed me an invoice showing that I had travelled.
Meru cabs is the worst, DON’T BOOK MERU if you want to be on time .These guys are highly irespossible.
