I have been a loyal MERU customer for years now. And have been using their service for a while, let it be work or personal I have always preferred MERU as my first option for within city travel. And then they rolled out the NOW25 offer and trust me it’s the best thing that happened to me in years MERU travel actually became cheaper than regular cab. BUt right at the start of summers They have stopped the offer and trying to bank on summer heat.
But this way all the customers they gathered so far they are going to loose all of them one by one.
They should bring back some discount offers if they really want stay ahead of the competition
