Just lost a loyal customer and promoter

I am a regular Meru user, also a Meru promoter in my social Circle.


Well you just lost a loyal Customer. Of the last 5 booking I have done 3 of your chauffeurs have denied the booking for reasons not acceptable. For the first two times I understood the issue with managing so many cars, but third time was horrible. I have a screen shot of the booking for Sir Gangaram hospital clearly being mentioned twice on the Pick up address tab. But your chauffeur denied it saying that his pick up address was Karol Bagh.


The case was critical as I needed to get my Mom picked up from the hospital after a minor operation. Sorry I trusted you guys.


Thanks for shiitiest experience possible. I wish you the worst in future, May Meru fall like a pack of cards and with your processes it is likely to happen very soon.
