I am using meru cabs from last 4 years.. earlier the services were good but now a days their services become worst.. let me explain my last experience in Bangalore. I booked a cab from Electronica City to airport drop.. I asked driver to move immediately as I was getting late to catch the flight.. instead of taking short root, he took very long root and it was 72.2 kms from EC to airport. Can you believe it??
this happened to me two times then I booked another cab just to verify the distance and time, another cab took 54 kms and only 1.2 hours... from now onward I am not going to use meru.. also would not suggest to use it in Bangalore.... they have good service in Hyderabad only....
