This is the fourth time I am facing this issue with Meru cabs. After confirming the booking, cab driver details are not sent and the cab never shows up. When you call again, they apologize saying no cabs in your area. You are too close to your time of departure and stuck like a stupid fellow.
Feels really terrible. It looks like they do not pay drivers well. So even in rare cases when they really send a cab, the drivers are very annoyed and impatient as if they are doing a favor for free.
Bottom line:
Learned my lesson the hard way. I will never book Meru again!
