The meru cab service is being operated in Bangalore from many years their trade mark rely on us is tottaly lie I have booked a cab one day before my travel and given them a timing also and told the exact location of pickup and drop.
I have given a timing of 5:30 PM twenty minutes before meru sended me the cab number and driver details it was about to get 5:30 but there was no call from driver side nor from company side. When I called up the the driver the driver’s phone was switched off I tried again and again but the same reply I got again again that phone is switched off.
Then the company arranged another cab for me which came very late. They are not punchual I had use this travel operator for the first time and iam very much dissapointed with the service there are many cab services I have seen who are very much punchual. I have reached my destination late because of this worst service company should take care of this things so that customer doesn’t suffer.
