Meru Cab service is a worst cab service which charges too much fare and cancellation charges from you. I recently book a ride from my home to a banquet and then the driver don’t take my ride and ask me to cancel the ride. Then I cancels the ride and they charge Rs 50 from me as cancellation charges. Then I claim a request for cancel the cancellation charges but they don’t cancel the cancellation charges.
Then I request another ride and the other driver charge higher fare as compare to distance and fare chart and he charge Rs 50 more as cancellation charges in fare, then I pay 50 Rs more to the driver and I don’t again book a ride and uninstalls the Meru Cab App.
So, this is my most bad experience with Meru Cab. So I request you all that don’t ride with Meru Cabs because they charge higher fares from their shown fare chart and also they charge cancellation charges from their customer as compare to other cab service.
