Undependable service

I have booked a Cab to go to Airport at 5.15 from Gurgaon.I was confirmed the time and date but they did not inform the taxi details 20 minutes before, Taxi never turned up, their phone was showing busy all the time.


I would have missed my flight .Please do not depend on Meru for your Airport travel where time is critical
