I wanted to give a’0’ star product rating, but that is not an option, so have given one star.
My last booking on meru was for a mumbai trip. There are two things that the meru ppl did, which no customer would ever remotely think of, and I state below the nightmare that took place.
1) Booked a cab, for aged parents, from Borivali Railway station to Gokuldham. At that time, they confirmed the order. Later at 5:30 am, the cab driver states that he can’t come to the location, and said that he is waiting at some other location for us. My parents(mind it, with their luggage) had to walk around 2 kms to reach this cabdriver.
2) On my feedback to merucabs(some redundant feedback id), they did not even bother to reply after 10-15 days.
One thing is certain from this incident - they neither have good trained cabs, nor do they entertain complaints through their website(or e-mail). I would strongly recommend ppl to take a local taxi or even bus - that will give better services than this
