I booked a cab on 16th June 2013 with Meru Cabs for 17th June morning around 5 am. (Meru Cabs reference no : 19757823)
My mom had to catch a train at 6:50 am in the morning at Anand Vihar railway station from GTB nagar, north delhi.They assured me that the cab is booked and I need not worry. I re-confirmed the booking at night again before sleeping. (Please check their phone recordings for proof).
Then in the morning, I called them up at around 4:30 am and they said that the cabs are not available and I should look for alternate arrangements.
Two things:
They should should have informed me this on 16th itself. This is not acceptable at all.
How do u expect to make an alternate arrangements at 4:30 am in the morning to catch a train which will definitely get late when I am so much dependent on your service???
Whats is the purpose of Meru Cabs existence??
I want you to take stringent action against Meru Cabs . I was paying them almost double the price than what is charged by quick cabs. But they are so irresponsible and have to concern for customers.
They should be brought to books.
