Beware of Meru Taxi : Yesterday ( 23/10/2013) I had booked a Meru Taxi from whitefield to cARMELARAM Railway station for 7PM. By 6.30 PM they sent the cab and river details through SMS. Since the cab was not reached till 7 PM, I called to the driver number and the driver asked me my pick up and drop point.Then he disconnected the phone.
I called him again and he told he is not coming to pick me! I was literally helpless as I was not getting any other taxi.When I informed Meru Cabs customer care, they informed me to wait for another 30 minutes, so that they will arrange another cab. MERU is having the worst service nowadays.Be careful with MERU CABS, you may not be able to reach your destination on time. :-(
