Booked CAB two days in advance through their Android App. Got confirmation 20 minutes before time of travel. Confirmation received on email, sms.So far so good.When the CAB did not showed up on time, We called the driver only to be told that he has not accepted the trip!We contacted call center . they said Oh . no problem we will assign another CAB . Another SMS comes with new vehicle number, new pick up time and driver’s mobile number. This time we immediately called the number . The number was switched off.
We contacted call center again. Another CAB with new pick up time was assigned to us with guarantee that CAB will reach our door steps in 10 minutes. We offered them to cancel the booking but they insisted this time no goof ups. Another SMS came with another pick up time. We called the driver . this time call was picked and driver confirmed that he will reach but right now he is few kilometres away and will take time.
So we are already late by 1 hour from scheduled pick up. Writing this review in meantime!
The plan is dropped. My kids are wondering what is happening.Probably no more MERU Cabs for me.

P.S.: Few months back one of my relative booked MERU for Airport Drop and on calling the driver we got the reply *"Main nahi aa raha. Traffic bahut hai. Aap koi aur taxi kar lo".
