Meru just knows how to advertise and cover the front page of an English daily. But whenever I opt for Meru during any emergency periods, it shows ’CAB UNAVAILABLE’. Firstly I think that meru should increase its fleet size than rather spending huge amount on advertisement and publicity. If meru increases its fleet size and runs properly, it will develop and its demand will increase just by the goodwill of the customers. Meru’s business policy is not at all noteworthy. If any MERU OFFICIAL comes accross this review of mine, please take required steps to improve your service, as radio cab and taxi-on-call service is greatly in trend and attracts a vast number of people and it also provides employment to many. Please correct yourself before its too late.
