Thanks to this cab service, 2 friends and I missed our flite on 14th Aug in Bangalore and had to shell out Rs 30000 for new tickets. The cab came an hour late to our EC office as the booking was not passed to any driver even though from our end it was done 24hrs prior to the desired time.
The call center seems like a blackhole non responsive, call center wait can go upto 30 mins. Cab drivers know only how to crib about not having had their meals. meagre wages, a full case of labour law violation if its true. All touch points manned by novices, website has no escalation point, no email id.
They are just trying to make easy money out of travel intensive cities. I work for an IT major and will make sure nobody avails of this service. Have already drafted a lawsuit for filing in the Consumer Court.
