My Parents had to go for their vacations and I called Meru to book the cab in the morning with my current address. I got a reference 18588566. I booked the cab for 11.15AM. We kept following up with the driver and Meru till 11.45 AM, for a nightmare.
The Driver, Meru Headquarter/ Call center were all Bluffing that they are near my home for almost 30 mins..that’s when I called the local taxi and got them on it.
It was the most atrocious service I have had in so many years of availing services. The budget Taxi services are far better and more reliable.
My parents almost missed their flight because of this apathetic Service. Icing on the cake, Call center never bother to call and confirm after 10+ calls to them in the matter of 35 mins..
Would never recommend to one and all..
