Their cars are good, the service is good but still I am not happy with them. Their drivers are polite and well mannered, also reach on time.
Their android app gets downloaded in a jiffy, it’s got a smooth UI, you can choose the type of car you want, the time of the cab, and they also provide you with the fare estimate.
I am dissatisfied with their customer service as I was wrongly charged and was told that my case will be solved will be taken seriously. I had used a promo code, and so my bill had to be discounted, but I was forced to pay the full sum and upon calling their customer service they said I didn’t use any code.
