The service is not reliable. No show of confirmed booking without informing the client well in advance. I had to call the call center to find out that no cab is available!
And then, I got disconnected from the call center waiting Q twice and when I went through finally, the call center staff doesnt come up with any alternative solution at all. They were only telling their standard excuses.
We had no chance to arrange any alternative transport and we ended up searching for a rickshaw to drive us with all our luggage to the train station. We reached literally in the very last minute to board the train.
They sent a cab to the pick up location when were already sitting inside the train, 1 hour and 40 mins delayed.
Never again, they dont have a proper capacity management and theres a high risk of missing your train or flight when you book with Meru.
