Hi,
I had booked a Meru Cab on 19th June for 9.40PM. I got a confirmation message from Meru that my cab has reached the destination at around 9.35PM. I reached my pick up location that was outside my office gate at around 9.50 PM to find no cab over there. I tried calling the cab driver but his phone was switched off. A person standing nearby asked me whether I was searching for a Meru Cab, when I confirmed he mentioned that the cab has gone since he got a long distance fare. I was left on the road at night 10PM and me being female it was very risky for me to travel by auto. I had to wait for around 15 mins for another cab and I reached home at 11pm. This was highly un-acceptable behaviour of the driver who left a lady passenger for some money without informing. I wont trust Meru Cab services now onwards.
