Worst experience of Meru Cabs

Meru Cabs have created a wonderful website and their call centres are also active. However, once you call them up and they get an estimate that the distance is less, they would say that the cab is not available. I have had at least 10 experiences of them.


They take bookings only 24 hours before your estimated travel time. We have called them many times on the previous day morning @ 9 am that we want to book a cab for tomorrow for a reasonable distance(10 km). 90% of the time we get a response that the bookings are full and for 10% ’system is not working, pls call after some time’(the twist is, if you call them @ 10, then the bookings are full).


However, when we leave our home and see 5 meru cabs standing outside and having tea, we ask them whether they can drop us and they openly deny saying that we will not travel for such a short distance of 10km.


This is the most pathetic professional service I have ever seen.
