I have had many bad experiences with meru cab in Bangalore. Many times the cab drivers are very much annoying and also make sure they loot ur money in every possible way. The best thing is if the cab driver will ask you to call to the call center to confirm the bill and extra money he is asking is correct they end up sending you a new bill saying it was not driver’s fault it was a technical mistake.
When the cab was started in Bangalore I use to trust it, but the time passes and they have lost all their qualities, from customer care to drivers. The drivers will negotiate that meru is asking them extra charge for the taxi they bought and end up making u save their phn numbers into ur contact list so that u call them personally next time, instead of booking it through meru. The only good thing is u will get a cab according to their free time slot. I have STOPPED using meru cab and I will suggest the same to others too.
