They had pathetic service. Their sole intention is to make money at the expense of customers. I had booked a cab, using their mobile application. I received confirmation of booking to my mail account. I even received a message from chauffeur 10 minutes before the scheduled departure. He did not turn to my place even after 15 minutes. When I called driver, he said that "He cancelled my booking" as he is not willing to come. He informs this to me after my scheduled time of departure. Irony is, when I called Meru cabs on their Customer service, they assured me that cab will reach me in 10 minutes. Bloody hell, none turned up even after 20 minutes, then
I again called them. I was told that booking has been cancelled. I am really pissed off with this behaviour. Thoroughly un-professional. I**S IT NOT THEIR RIGHT TO INFORM THE CUSTOMER ABOUT UNAVAILABILITY OF CAB BEFORE THE TIME OF SCHEDULED DEPARTURE.** This is the second time its happening.
