I had booked a cab from my house till the railway for the first time and experience was good. The second time I booked, I found the experience good enough. But the problem started from the third booking onwards. I booked a cab from nanganalur to korattur(Chennai TN). After we got dropped, the driver took Rs.370 frm us. You recieve an email stating or showing the distance covered and the amount to be paid. I recieved that email half an hour after I got dropped and my original bill was Rs.345.
The fourth time I booked a cab from meru from again nanganalur to korattur which the executives had confirmed with me. The cab driver having taken all the required details from us still took us the wrong way and of what should have cost us Rs.370 or rather Rs.345, cost us Rs.436!.
When I called the executives to inform them about this all they said was "We are taking your complaint but now you HAVE to PaY whatever the bill states.we were compelled to pay that amount and later all these people do is send me a coupon code of Rs.100!
Ridiculous.this doesn’t get worse.
I would strongly recommend against prefering meru cabs. They are complete cheats and useless. A really horrible experience after all.
