I have been using cabs regularly in b’lore city and now these cabs have become very unreliable and expensive.
Earlier Meru was prompt but now they do not first of all discourage you to call teir call centre, I wonder why. I always like to be sure that my cab is booked ahead of time, well now it doesnt work that way. I have tried taxi for sure, ola and many such cab services.
I have tried them all. They have cancelled at the last minute, they have not responded to my calls and have also had to deal with rude and impolite drivers too. My question is who do we approach for these issues. Are the cab services answerable to no one and get away with this kind of services.
