Totally pathetic service.
I booked a cab at 10 pm on 6 December 2014 and was assured of the booking for 4.50 am.
Till 4.30 the executives kept saying that cab is coming and they will send the details and then the phones went unreachable.
I managed to get through at 4.51 am and was told that cabs are not available.
Meru should start valuing the customer more than they do. I have no words for their stupidity.
