I had taken the meru cab from Borivili station to International Airport. The driver name is Harbhajan singh. Cab Number: MH02WA8941. Everything went fine till the airport. But the problem started after reaching airport.
He asked for more money than the actual meter. I was just shocked to see that.I thought MERU is a professional company & that was the reason I chose it. But I never knew that Drivers from MERU would make such unreasonable demands.
Harbhajan Singh created a scene at the airport. I was already late for my flight. In the end I had to pay him more money as I could not afford missing my flight. Not only that he did not give me a printed receipt. Said its not working. And gave me a hand written receipt. I am never going to take MERU cab in the future.
This was surely not expected from meru.
