Called MERU Cab services for a drop to airport. The cab driver did not reach at the specified address at the time required. I kept waiting and the cab driver kept lying he was reaching the address. I missed my flight waiting for the driver and he never turned up. MERU has some lousy drivers who have no sense of commitment towards the customers. All I got was a sorry that that cab did not turn up.
Now I never trust MERU cab for any pickup and drop. They have a monopoly and they think they can take the customers for a ride(irony!) and get away without any consequences. The cab driver’s name is Navnath Dhikale (cell: 09019758255) and cab no. is KA03D3464.
No one should trust MERU cabs as you never know they might not just turn up when required the most. The company should re-check the attitude of the drivers. VERY POOR SERVICES. One incident is enough to discourage the customers from availing the services again as it involves time and money.
