I booked a Meru Cab for 15:30 pm for my aged grandparent who is 88 yrs to be picked up from the railway station. The driver Mr.Syed came in at 15:00 hrs itself. and when my grandparent was brought to where the taxi should have been he had left without even informing us. We were left stranded with an aged person who couldn’t stand just because of a cab service that is so irresponsible to their customers. When contacted Syed said we had exceeded the time limit of 20 mins (although it was he who had come there half hour ahead of time) and so he had left.
I explained to him that my grandmother was 87 and could not walk and he just said you go ahead and find another cab. I think this is the most unreliable cab service in the city, even the local cab drivers oblige if you have a genuine need or emergency. They have a problem doing their own duty well and they have a customer call center that is even more horrible than the cab service. I would say worst ever cab as well as customer service. They are only after money for long distance bookings n will leave you stranded if its within the city.I would recommend Meru to no one at all.
