I had a interview in Gurgaon and in order to avoid any delays I booked a Meru cab for pickup at 7:00 am. I was told that 20 minutes before the ride time I will get a message with pickup details
Sure enough next day I get a message that "they couldn’t find a MERU cab in my area so allocated a Mer Flexi car:DL1YE2732 Chauffer Braham DEV Yadev" but when the car didn’t show up I call the driver at 7:00 am and he tells me he is nowhere close and that I sould cancel my booking. This was the time of pickup and sent me into complete panic as I was scheduled to reach for an interview. When I refused to cancel the booking the driver simple refused to show up.
At &;16 I got a message from Meru cancelling my booking. Meanwhile it was my local cabwaalh who came to my rescue and arranged a quick drop.
PLEAE DON’T TRUST MERU if it is important
