Cheats !!

I gave my car for a full service at Metro Automobiles in Okhla, New Delhi in February 2012. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the car and required some simple servicing. I went to the service centre to pick up the car and they hadn’t finished the work. After half hour they washed it and gave it to me. When I was driving off I saw "Check Engine" and I pointed this out to the service manager. He said it’s alright and it’s usual with serviced cars. I drove away and the car stalled and stopped after about 3-4 kms.

To cut a long story short wrt getting the car back to the service station for which Metro wanted to pay for the towing service I got the car back. Apparently some electrical problem had developed (never happened ever) and they fixed it and gave back after charging me Rs. 2000. When I said that the washing had caused this problem they casually said this problem can happen anytime (yes of course; what are the effing odds of it having when returned from a service station?). Later I got to know that they charged me for coolant and had not replaced even a single drop of it. This I came to know after driving around for a couple of months and when the same Check Engine sign came on. I suggest that these guys (especially the owner Mr. Hora) beg from their customers for money instead of cheating them.

Having Metro Automobiles associated with a brand like Tata is a disgrace to both of them.
