This Bawarchi is loctaed at Hyderabad and just years ago, when I was a child, I used to love their Biriyani and Sikh Kebab but nowadays I am seeing that their quality of their biriyani are drastically deteriorating, they use to mix the left-over biriyanis in today’s biriyani inoder to save time and effort, which I have noticed with my bare eyes, several times. The quality and qantity of the biriyani has lessen a lot.
Yesterday when Ii went there with my friend over they to eat Biriyani, we ordered two biriyanis and while we were eating it we felt that it was not sufficient for us, which forced us to buy another biriyani.
The ambience of the place was just average.
The customer service has also worsen a lot, as the waiters asks frequently for tips, which I did not like at all.
The worse part about Metro bawarchi is that they they only accept payment on cash and not through debit/credit card, which is not a good policy and its certainly not good during Demonetization .
Anyways I think that that this was a good value for money before but everything has changed now, it is not a value for money any longer.
