Here we go Metro cash n carry is suppose to serve business needs of people in the trade which is what they are exactly doing but in a poor way....
Their prices aren’t the best unless there is a promotion on a particular product, being in the business of wholesale they should be able to beat distributor prices and if they aren’t doing that the purpose of going to metro is defeated. Then comes cash n carry policy, if one has to pay cash why not to the distributor who offers 45 day credit period and better prices
Customer service is better if lesser spoken of you logon to the website and try to see the offers, you enter the card number then you wait and wait for a scripting error and back to square one. Call their toll free number to address your grievance they will tell you they dont know about IT and hang up. hahahahahah so much for Metro. At this rate they need to offer more than good prices....
