Hello friends, I am going to tell my experience and review on the flex gym and fitness club in India. It is situated in almost every state of India and I would review it’s Mumbai branch.
SIZE - The size of the gym is very large suitable for workout but since it is a famous gym sometimes mostly in the evening the gym gets very crowded.
TRAINERS - The attitude is trainers here is not at all appreciated. They don’t guide properly especially the new ones.
MACHINES & EQUIPMENTS - Some of the machines are working properly but the others make sounds due to no proper maintanence.
VALUE FOR MONEY - The gym’s fees is affordable by anyone but the service is not so good.
