I have given my car for service and all I wanted was oil change but the staff kept on calling me to replace the parts one after the other till the bill reaches above 20 k. after spending so much I was worried but was okay thinking that car will be in good condition but the situation changed with in a month as my engine was almost seized and the reason for this is they haven’t checked the oil flow and as a result pump failed so I had to replace the head and pump which costed furthur 40k so I would like to advice customers not to give for servicing in metro ford, even if you give for servicing at metro ford please be careful they cheat you
