Ford owners, Service at Metro Ford is very reliable & defneatly you can trust, I have shifted from pune past 5months back & I was worried where to get my vehicle serviced ?
I have surfed internet for feed back & found lots of bad feed back about Ford Dealers, then I checked with Pune ford service dealer he recomended me to visit Metro Ford, I have visited the dealer & really suprised the way the service advisor attended to me, I was totaly impressed.
Mr srinivas the guy who attended me was extreamly good & professional, he told that he will call me at about 2pm to update me the status of the vehicle & I have recieved a call at exatly 2pm, since I work in electronic city I asked him weather I can take deliver tommorow morning at 7.30 am he requested me to come on the same day but when I told that couldn’t make it, he aspected for the same & next day 7.30 am.
He was available in service center to deliver my car, while taking the delivery he has explained me repairs carried out, cost for the repairs & shown all the parts replaced as well as arranged for a test ride through his service engineer, i was impressed with customer centric & the profesionalism which I have never experienced at pune & Mumbai service centers, I would defneatly recommand Metro Ford as service center to all my collegues & friends.
