I bought a fiesta from metro ford some three year back and am giving there for service every 6 months.Some of the things I noted over the time
Metro ford service at Hesaraghatta does not have qualified technicians to carry repair work or service. They create more problems than servicing or repairing the car and make customer shell out a lot.They are worst than anybody in the world. They deliberately create problems so that they can make money by selling more parts to customers. They have been looting for several years(my ignorance).
one of the excellent service they given. so I am completely satisfied with my first service, I like every time this support. thank to metro ford- warranty department.With much pain and disappointment, we have finally approached the Consumer Forum Bangalore and filed a complaint against them.
Things I liked.Sales guys r highly unprofessional. They follow up things very bad. Bad at keeping up their promises. Had worst experience while buying ma first car. please look out for an alternate if at all you decide to buy Ford Car! Even the finance guys are not that good and friendly. After few communications with Ford and Metro Ford, they have finally mentioned that they are not going to rectify the damage unless we pay for the entire repair. given the my ford figo for service at metro ford st marks road.
The service advisors does not know what they are talking about. Dont believe me, ask why to same problems over subsequent services, you will be astonished by the replies.
At the end of the service, they will hand you a feedback form. When you put some bad stuffs in them, theservice advisors managers will scold em infront of you. Dont fall for this .
Thats total nonsense.I had a problem with the car from the moment I purchased. I kept on telling them to fix it from the first service itself. But they have not done it yet.Overall I feel they are average kind of dealers, nothing special here. Eventhough my car is besetted with rattling noises, over all I could say: a sedan at that price range is cool to have.I did not face any hiccups in the buying process.
Overall it was smooth.The car parts are also not reliable, neither durable. I am spending somewhere close to 4 k every time( an exception being 12k once) and it has totaled somewhere close to 30 k in three years. Thats not justifiable given that my car is under warranty and ford swears, in the name of Henry,
that their parts are reliable and lasts longer, thereby reducing the maintenance cost in long term.( I mean how long could that term be.However, If you ever enter into any troubles with a ford service center, be it metro ford, you always have an option to inform ford about it.
The case is ongoing and hope we get justice soon.Recently just before Diwali our car was unable to start and we called the Metro Ford Lingarajapuram for support. They have towed it to their service center and cleaned the Fuel pump and the engine started. The issue was rectified, however they have damaged the steering rack. The seals inside the steering rack are broken and the oil flushed out making the car non working
Have reasonably good time keeping. When you reach their service center, somebody will be ready to help you out. Most of the times I got my car after service at the said times.Ford is a very good car for the price it comes in.They always mess up with the car wash.Their cleanliness bar is way too low.
Some dealears, in order to make some quick bucks, gives bad mor used parts to the customers. Some even advice you to change perfectly working parts. If some of my friends are correct, ford is trying to pin these people down. You know whats stopping them., It seems nobody is interested in complaining to ford!Happy Driving .
I given the my ford figo for service at metro ford st marks road.one of the excellent service they given. Their showroom is in a much more accessible place than others. This good to leave your car for service .Despite an online review( in team bhp also) about totalling someones car, my service never became that much bad.
But I am not sure they will be easy on me if they do that to my car.The service advisors have reasonably good command of english, and most of them understands well unlike many service centers.Things I dont like The car parts are too pricey.so I m completely satisfied with my first service. I like every time this support.thank to metro ford warranty department.i go 2 always for job so in metro ford.tis is a metro ford oh fabulous service.
Car is very nice but yet to experience Service part. Hope I will not face any bitter experiences while getting ma car service!Please post any suggestions if you have.
The fuel pump and the steering rack are nowhere connected and the steering was damaged only due to their negligence and carelessness.
