For anyone reading this - PLEASE DONT USE THEM IF YOU WANT YOUR THINGS TO REACH SAFELY. I decided to use Kajla(the new name for Metro to cheat people) for my shift from Bangalore to Pune and have the worst service. They are unprofessional and rude. Before my stuff was to be picked up I repeatedly received calls for payment and was assured about the safety of my stuff. Sandeep and Vikram - the two representatives from Kajla assured me that the stuff will reach on time and without damage. They even took 100% payment(other movers and packers only take 50% and the balance after delivery), but then when I received the shipment in pune I was shocked to see my stuff badly damaged. Thereafter - Vikram stopped taking my calls, Sandeep was rude, unprofessional, kept disconnecting my call mid sentence and then stopped taking my calls altogether. They are the worst and have no escalation system so the only ones you can contact are these Sales representatives who know nothing about customer service. They are horrible and dealing with them has been a pure nightmare. Its alright to pay other companies a little extra and have your stuff reach in the best condition.
