A lot of nothing

I signed up for service and purchased the highest rated phone, and I was a happy customer for about 3 days. At that point, the phone stopped holding a charge. I attempted to trade in the phone 5 times over 3 months, and had no luck. The store basically told me that I had to get used to the phone only having 30 minutes of talk and 5 hours of standby time.


The small charges that you get every month also start to add up very quickly. A customer will soon find that they are paying outrageous prices, and you can’t even use the phone all the time because the phone won’t stay charged.


You can’t get anyone on the phone for help, you must go to the store.


I have had service for 4 months, and generally I am able to use the phone for about 4 days a month because I can’t seem to keep the phone charged.


I have cancelled service with them, and I urge others in the Atlanta area to STAY AWAY!!!


BTW-If someone knows a way to reach the corporate offices of this company, please let me know. I am sure that the ’’powers that be’’ know how things are operating, but they need to hear from the customers as well from time to time.
