I stepped inside Metro Shoes due to friend . who wanted to get something from there . without a choice, I bought a handbag for myself. After much persuasion I was VERY clear that I wanted pure leather handbag and was given one for a few thousands!
Needless to say, it wasn’t and the bag was in tatters(faux leather) in a few days! When I called them back, they said only a few bags are eligible for replacement mine does not come under it. When I said I was told if there was any issues within a year, it will be replaced. They said service personnel made a mistake. Same with the shoes my friend bought! NEVER STEP INSIDE and SPEND MONEY ON THESE CHEATERS!
