Two months ago, I bought a pair of shoes from Metro worth Rs.4, 499/-. Just after using a month, I observed that my approx.1500 gram shoes have torn parts at three-four places. Very poor service by metro because when I returned back the shoes service provider, they informed that it is a manufacturing defect and they will provide me good shoe within 5 days.
But till now it is almost one month, and even after giving number calls to their head office, I do not have any updates on the replacement of my shoes. so, friends please think twice if you want to buy the shoes of metro.
