We group of 5 guys went to mezza9 on 21st Jan’09 to celebreate the onsite trip of one of our friends. We ordered veg and non-veg starters in the beginning. In non-veg we ordered Shammi kebab and in veg hara bhara kebab. They tasted good as usual and appearance also looked quite tempting.
But suddenly after having 3-4 shammis’ I found that I am actually chewing plastic pieces(much like small pieces of a pepsi or coke bottles!). Each of these kebabs were having such pieces. We immediately informed this to one of the magares out there. But he simply said’I apologize for this, Sir’. We expected that he will atleast let us know why it happened and what action he will take to correct this in future; but he seemed adamant with no sense of guilt.
They just deducted the price of kebab as if they are doing some’ehsaan’ on us; that too at the cost of our lives.
I can only say that try to avoid this restaurant if possible; you never know what next you find in their food!
