I had visited CAMS center at chennai, Nungambakkam(POS - Point Of Service for MF Utility) for my e-CAN application form submission, needed for mutual funds purchase, redeem, SIP, STP, SWP options at MFU online website.
Desk service was good, but little slow.

I was not informed about the rejection of my KYC for incomplete door number in application. Later, I reached them after 1 week in person and came to know about the status.
Finally the process started and ended upto 10 days.
overall satisfaction is just good.
