I just cannot believe that to get the lab test reports take 48 -72 hours even after the pandemic is settled now whereas the same tests done at a lab without Mfine, we get a report in 6-7 hours. Why would one use the Mfine app - either the patient is sick or old and cannot make it to the lab by oneself. But the joke is you would either get more sick or die till you get the report. This app needs to upgrade with time and seriously understand the customers they are dealing with.
