Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Lab Reports Discrepancy and Medical Treatment

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue regarding the lab reports provided by M Fine Lab, which has resulted in significant financial loss and health complications for my family.
Recently, my wife underwent medical testing at M Fine Lab, and based on the reports provided, my self was erroneously diagnosed with Tuberculosis (TB). Consequently, I was prescribed TB medication. However, upon retesting at another lab, the report came back negative for TB. This misdiagnosis has caused immense distress and severe health complications for me & wife, including allergic reactions to me with the unnecessary medication.
As if this were not distressing enough, I, as a patient battling Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML), have also been deeply affected by this incident. The unnecessary TB medication not only exacerbated my existing health conditions but also posed a grave threat to my life.
Furthermore, the financial implications of this error are substantial. We had to bear additional expenses for retesting and medical consultations due to the inaccuracies in M Fine Lab’s reports. This has resulted in a total financial loss of INR [30 lakh ] for my family.
The misdiagnosis has also put my employment and future earning potential at risk due to the adverse effects of the unnecessary medication and prolonged health issues.
I urgently request a thorough investigation into this matter to identify the root cause of the discrepancies in the lab reports and to ensure that such errors do not recur in the future. Additionally, I seek compensation for the financial losses incurred and the physical and emotional distress caused by this incident.
Failure to address these concerns satisfactorily will leave us with no choice but to escalate this matter to relevant authorities, including IRDA and NABL, and pursue legal action for negligence and malpractice.
Enclosed are all necessary documents for your reference and prompt action. My & My wife health condition has not fully recovered, and we seek a resolution to this matter as soon as possible.
Again on 17 March 24 M Fine conduct test revised of my and wife found Discrepancy against 27 Jan 24 report now it is clear that either M fine defaulter, Either Dr Lal , Either Micro be lab so enquiry it and give me justice and punish and fine to defalter company.
My concern Lab reports realted Of Dr lal , M Fine , Micro b lab realted kindly enquire why discrepancy in These 3 laboratory reports .
